We had our air conditioner quit during the latest heat wave. If anyone has had this happen I’m sure can relate to the anxiety of what comes along with having something fail that you rely on during extreme weather conditions. All Elements came through like a superhero! From the welcoming lady that answered the phone to the owner and his employee that came promptly to fix the issue. Turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Not only were they fast, they also explained what went wrong and how it was going to be fixed. I knew right away that I was in good hands. Problem was fixed and for a great price point that was worth every penny for the service they provided. I would definitely recommend All Elements. Thank you!

Had issues with heat pump when buying house. It took 3 trips to fix a heat pump and still not fixed. Journeyman plumber hooked vent to furnace up wrong and had sewer gasses in our house. Had to call back to fix that, then called to get the heat pump working for the 4th time and talk to the owner he came and siliconed the vent drilled a hole with what looked like a rat in vent and left. Every plumber that was there left a mess behind too. I wasn't home when this all happened just the wife I tryed calling back and told the secretary it wasn't about a vent it was for the owner to talk to me about the heat pump left messages with her and on owners cell and then wouldn't answer or return calls. Wouldn't recommend them for anything. Worst first impression of a business in Creston.

Excellent company ! Thanks to Jaylene's help and expertise, we succeeded with both, government Greener Homes Rebate programs. We now have a new dual heat pump system that we could afford. It's just great !
When there was a factory defect problem, during the recent cold snap, they came in and fixed it that night. They were swamped with calls, but got the job done.
We were so relieved that this company proved to be so reliable, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing.

Our gas furnace fan quit at the beginning of Creston’s deep freeze! With one call to A&E, a technician was dispatched that afternoon.
Within minutes of checking the system thoroughly, diagnosis made, & part ordered.
Upon the part arriving (2 days), the next morning fan was installed & running by 0930! Very impressed with Triston’s excellent, efficient work & all office staff who knowledgeably kept us apprised with updates. Well done!

100% fantastic company! They were quicker than expected when my furnace quit during our recent cold snap, super friendly when doing the work and even called the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

I had an electric hot water tank installed- it cost me $400 more than what Tratech quoted me. They also billed me for an extra hour of travel time AFTER the tank was installed. I had been quoted for four hours labour- the installer was here for under 2.5 .

In fairness, they removed the hour travel after I brought it up, but then presented serious communication issues about freight on a special order tank- which they attempted to charge more GST on.

Triston, the installer, seemed good, the install went well, and quick- the issues seem to be with the office staff.

I wouldn’t use them again, which is too bad, because the plumber/installer seemed decent.
