All staff is great here. But the 8" snaplock pipe or larger has wrong diameters. There needs to be a full/deeper crimp in order to fit into a factory end without fighting or recrimping pipe.

I’ve came here roughly 15 years now, and just goes more and more downhill

Super disorganized , and you can almost guarantee they’ll forget a few items on the order which just costs more money and time to go back and get what they forgot

Seriously considering finding other suppliers, because it is just ridiculous sometimes
