Yuri and his crew (Magic Mike!!) were the ONLY shop that were able to pull off the tricky fabrications we needed for a musical instrument build we have been involved with for 2 years now. They even custom built the tools themselves to get the jobs done. Yuri has been uncommonly patient with educating me and my staff on how/what/where and when with our designs, improvements and evolution. Prices are always fair with no surprises and good delivery.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Called to ask for an inquiry
Never responsive
Had to follow up tons of time before I could get answers
Made us wait for WEEKS just to tell us
They're not interested in doing the job for us

How else can you have hope in a company
where the OWNER, BOB himself is the one that's not very accommodating?

Aggressive Tube Bending is a great company to work with. Yuri and his guys can do some amazing things with metal. Like all craftsmen, they get really excited about their work, and this enthusiasm enables them to complete jobs that others say are impossible. They advertise continuously to find the most qualified for the lowest pay. If by chance you get something half decent it's from someone who is leaving for a higher paying job elsewhere.

Bob, the owner is both cheap and reluctant to pay his bills on time.

They Unionized so blob can't mess around with the employees but the customer is on their own.

Use the Phone Book or a Search Engine to find somewhere else. The only thing keeping this place open is the Rich Owner bought the Property and can't sell.

worst place to go. never ever go there to get the job done. waste ur time. let me tell u my experience with them. 3 weeks ego, i bring my measurement to them to get a pipe bend. they told me take about 2 weeks to finish. ok, after 2 weeks i called them, they said they are few days behind, they told me my tube should be done aug 17th. so i called in aug 16th to make sure it will be done next day. they told me 100% it will be done before end of the day. so i get a day off and wait home all day for their call, as u know, they never call me！！！ not even saying they cant finish or anything. so today i called them to ask why is not finish and when i can get it? what their manager BOB said is：“whatever if u dont want get the work done i can thow it in garbage.” i am like wow thats how u handle the customer? i ask him if i can talk to the owner, and he hang up the phone. i am really surprise, did i do anything wrong? why they are so angry? i am not even saying anything yet. lol wha
