I brought my truck here for a propane system replacement and I supplied the parts for the job. I also asked them to address a sticky steering wheel, change all fluids, check my rear differential and condition my breaks. Keep me informed, it is my intention to drive this truck home when it’s done.
I also asked that my old parts be returned to me, and I think that is when my experience with this shop went completely sour.
The truck sat at this shop for 26 days for 6 hours worth of work, myself having to chase them around for information.
On the bill I am charged for the replacement of my propane system, for a fixed rubbing noise in the back brake assembly, An oil change and top up fluids.
My propane parts were RECONFIGURED, not REPLACED. My vaporizer and fuel lockoff are now hard lined via street elbow to my mixer, blocking access to other engine components preventing myself or a conventional mechanic from performing maintenance or repairs. Totally unsatisfactory and not what I asked for.
The rubbing in the back brakes I payed to have fixed was not.
The truck I was told to come and pick up 26 days later should have failed a simple road test and was parked on the street.
No brake, reverse or turn signal lights, no horn. Info that would have been important to know before coming to pick up to drive away. My engine that was shampooed before sending it to this shop was covered in burnt oil, most likely because they overheated my engine; busting seals to make sure my old propane system parts were in working order before replacing them with my new parts. They advertise used propane system conversion on their websites so I know my old parts are valuable to them. I have paid for it in missing and stolen parts, my vaporizer has been gutted of its components, I’m missing one of the elbow fittings for my hard gas line, Battery missing, hoses gone. I honestly don’t think they even addressed the rubbing in my back brake assembly that I was charged to fix.
They didn’t bother to change the fluids I asked beyond an oil change and topping up my transmission fluid.
My vacuum advance wasn’t hooked up to anything, and the system wasn’t tuned at all, which is in essence what I brought it to the “professionals” for.
One of the steps on my 42 year old step side short box is broken because someone carelessly stepped on it, ruining body work that was just done prior, drivers side carpet covered in dirt and muck because nobody though to put down some protection.
I came back when the mechanic was in to ask him about the aspects of my dissatisfaction, I was met with a condescending and defensive demeanour from him from the moment I walked in the door, he sidestepped and misdirected every question I had, telling me that I’m at a disadvantage because I don’t know what I’m talking about and that it isn’t his job to teach me how to work on my vehicle. He told me that he isn’t going to argue with a customer and tried to walk away from me multiple times; despite the fact that I kept my tone agreeable and words kindly and unaggressive.
He wouldn’t listen to me, he talked over me, and he answered none of my questions.
My property effectively damaged and or stolen, work done that I didn’t ask for, work not done that I asked for. I think this business saw a young lady with a classic truck as an easy victim to swindle and tried to take full advantage.
It’s appalling how these people have treated a paying customer.
I feel like a business of “professionals” should be held to a higher standard of quality and integrity.
This has been an absolute nightmare experience!

they have the best alignment machine with the latest technology the staff are very professional and very friendly and they are absolutely so honest we are happy to go there and get the help we needed to get they can help you with any automotive needs go check them out.

I went for an oil change, the owner was accommodating and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. A day after the oil change, I heard some weird metal noises coming from the car. It is more obvious when I go over speed bump and driving in a fast speed. I took the car back to the shop and the mechanic went to do a test drive with me. He identified that it was a bent metal that was loose and rubbing the car. He fixed it super fast and showed me again in a test drive that the problem was fixed. Initally I thought maybe something was lose after the oil change because I have never heard the noise before and the first time I heard it was right after the oil change. However it was actually not related to that. Not only he was very efficient, he didn't charge me anything even though he spent time checking what the problem was. I highly recommend this place for all your car problems. They are trust worthy and honest.

Go elsewhere. In the first half of 2023 they replaced my valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket. Oil continued to leak profusely and both had to be completely re-done by another mechanic within 7 months. The valve cover gasket re-do required re-drilling/heli-coil. My alternator died last February and the Reman Alternator assembly they charged me for died without warning last night in the freezing cold. In my opinion you cannot drive away from this place knowing that your car has been properly looked after. I RARELY write these reviews but keep your receipts and don't be surprised if their work needs to be completely re-done by another mechanic.

Amazing service with an amazing turnaround! We came in with our flashing engine light. AFS was recommended by a shop up the road who honestly told us they would not be able to get to our vehicle that day. Coded the issue, a bad fuel injector needed to be replaced, gave us a great quote and said they would call us when done. 90 minutes later we got the call to pick up our vehicle. Paid as per the quote. We appreciate their great work! Thank you AFS!

Mack and Ken are awesome. Fixed my work truck of all it's issues for a very reasonable price. My truck has never ran better. I will never take my truck anywhere else for as long as I own it. I have found Cessar to be very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem in my vehicle and fixed it. I am very happy with the service I got provided. These guys go out of the way to help you out, for example they provided me with a courtesy car and fixed the radiator at no charge (because it leaked from the first time they fixed it). These guys make it right for you and I appreciate that so much.
I strongly recommend them.
