We have 10 of the MF-550 units on our machines, and they have worked without any problems for over 4 years. The only maintenance we have to do is wash off the metal filters. We are just now replacing the 3 stage filters after 4 years. Great product.

We struggled with all the fumes/ smoke that would come out of our machines every time a cycle was complete (we have a CNC machine shop)- and with 5 machines running it could get pretty crazy in here.
We contacted Aeroex and connected with Erik and it has been life changing.
The smell, the smoke in the shop is all gone. We breathe easier and actually enjoy coming in to the shop that much more.
These units are an investment that pays off. If you have never tried it go for a free trial run and give it a chance! You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend Aeroex products. We had a huge issue with blue smoke/mist in our facility. Installed the ARO-2500 and ARO-2000 and the mist disappeared. Units are easily maintained and when we installed VFDs filter life was substantially increased. Sales and customer service is a pleasure to work with. Future plant expansion will include additional Aeroex mist collectors.

We've had a Aeroex ROX-400 installed on one of our machines for about 3 years now. It has worked flawlessly in that time. Last week we needed to replace a filter so I emailed Aeroex. Their customer service was outstanding. We got a quote for a filter in a few hours and they had the replacement filter shipped out almost immediately after I placed the order.
