la qualité des actuators L16-P sont excellentes la carte électronique "Linear Actuator Control Board" est "délicate". Nous les utilisons pour le réglage des gaz de moteur diesel. Lors de l'alimentation en direct de la batterie, (12V) les deux essaies ont détruit la carte électronique. je pense que cela ai dû au faite qu'un alternateur peut monter jusqu'à une tension de 70 VDC. Afin de pallier a se problème, j'ai ajouté un transformateur 12VDC-24VDC. Maintenant cela fonctionne parfaitement. facile de réglage via les potentiomètres ou avec le software.
autre point, j'ai dû croiser 2 fils Potentiomètre négative avec Potentiomètre positive sur l'actuators. selon la documentation des produits, il y a contradiction.

We’re a robotics team in the FIRST Tech Challenge competition and we’ve been using Actuonix linear servos for two years. We’ve found them to be very reliable and useful, especially because they work well for tightly-packed mechanisms. They were a great solution to an actuated arm that we built for last year’s competition and many other mechanisms since then.

We recently received some of Actuonix Miniature Linear Actuators. After some problems with the shipping to Germany - which Actuonix solved really quick and convenient, they worked flawlessly throughout the first tests. Because of the different interface modes, they are easy to handle and provide a good rigidity and speed. We definitively recommend these actuators.

We use Actuonix Linear Actuators as the parachute release mechanism for the parachutes of a 30kg sounding rocket. As you can imagine, reliability of the mechanism is extremely critical. We have conducted many tests, including a free fall test of the actual setup, all of which were 100% successful. We are very impressed with the actuators and are looking forward to flying the hardware on many more upcoming flights!
