Worked here almost 2 years now, all I can say is will hopefully be here until retirement. A good experience all around. Update: Over 7 years now, a proactive company that listens and implements employees ideas. Just retired, about time..71yrs old...company has changed. More projects, robots, improved paint shop new fabrication machines. Still a good place to work and learn a trade. I would take half a star away for excessive number of ncr,s .
