I would just like to say that Able Computers staff are excellent. Always get back to you in a timely manner. Were very diligent to fix my e-mail problem. I am a repeat customer but not for the same issue. Jay was were professional and patient with me. I would highly recommend this company for any of your computer needs.

Went to another Mac repair store and they wanted $70 just to look at it and they weren't very supportive at all.. Went to Able and their fee was less and even waived if I got them to repair it there, which I did. Staff were overall extremely supportive, and the tech fixing my Mac was great with communicating the issue and resolving it. Repair was cheaper than I anticipated and my Mac works fantastic a month later. If you have a Mac that needs repairing, these folks should be your #1 and only choice. Highly recommend.

Best experience I have had in a computer store in a long time.
I recently had to change computer stores due to circumstances beyond my control and boy am I happy I did because I found this location.
The store is immaculately clean, staff are very knowledgeable and atmosphere is very welcoming.
They had parts on hand and my system was fixed within an hour and for far less then I expected.
For all of your computer needs I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic customer rapport, knowledgeable staff, quick service... these are just a few descriptors of my experience with Able Computer & Electronics. In short, I cracked the screen of my macbook pro and was looking to have it replaced. Leo was able (pun?) to track the best deal for a replacement retina display which ended up being the best deal of all Apple technicians in Sudbury.

I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism exhibited by this company, and I encourage anyone who is seeking assistance for their computers and other tech to check them out. You will not be disappointed--plus, supporting local talent just feels right.

10/10 Will contact Able Computer & Electronics for all my computer needs.

I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon ultrabook and the trackpoint and the clickpad were not working. The issue was fairly complicated since it involved both software and hardware components. I took the computer to Able since they are a Lenovo authorized repair center and due to positive recommendations. Able repaired the computer and it is now working perfectly. I found the staff/receptionist to be polite and professional. The price for the repair was excellent. Happy to recommend !

Leo is so professional and thorough. He really takes the time explain everything to you, and offers several options before going forward with fixing your computer issues.
