We had our new AC, HWH and Furnace installed a month ago figuring the hot weather was behind us. We were wrong and A-1 got us enjoying our AC quite quickly during the unexpected warm weather to follow. Great job from start to finish. Having been in the trades for 45 years and a business owner for 30 of those, I know quality when I see it. From estimating to completion A-1 is top drawer. Their office staff and trades people were prompt, courteous and respectful. Their installers know what professionalism and good housekeeping is. Thank you Quintin, Conroy and Leroy for the quick 48 hour turnaround. Truly remarkable. A1 is highly recommended.

We just had A1 replace our two furnaces, hot water tank and add an AC unit. Professional and caring from start to finish. Curtis helped us select the units that fit our needs and listened to our feedback and the quote was very reasonable. Conroy and his team were awesome and respectful. They answered my questions, provided explanations for the units, and were able to have everything fully installed and running in two days, including getting both furnaces installed and running day 1 to deal with this cold snap. They left the mechanical room spotless when they were done. Would highly recommend A1 to anyone looking and will definitely use them again in the future.

Our plumber, Alan, was very professional, friendly, and did fantastic work replacing our plumbing. He explained his work very well and was very careful about making sure everything worked before wrapping up the job. I would highly recommend this company, as they installed a new furnace, air con, and hot water tank for us a few years ago as well. They do excellent work and that’s why we chose them to install new plumbing in our home as well.

We were in a panic when we couldn’t get our furnace to start late one Friday night looking at the -25 degrees weather that was coming in only a few days. We asked around for some recommendations of furnace companies who would come out after hours to have a look to see if they could fix it. We decided on A1 Heating and my goodness are we thankful we did. Not only was the technician here in under an hour after hours but he took his time and really did everything possible to get our heat back on. We were so grateful to have compassionate and honest people to deal with at A1. They provided us the options that would suit our needs and in the end we opted for replacing the whole unit. They gave us options of the units that would be best suited to our home so the decision was easy and straightforward (especially since we were in no position to try to figure it out on our own). Seeing the weather that was on the forecast, they made it work and fit us in the day before the super cold temps started. The honesty and professionalism was something I’ve never experienced with a heating company before. I highly recommend A1 Heating! Thank you so much again for taking such good care of us.
