Massive thanks to Arno and the whole team at World of Rentals for going above and beyond during a plumbing emergency while I was out of town. Arno personally ensured an industrial dehumidifier was delivered to my home and coordinated setup with my family, helping prevent a bad situation from getting worse. I also rented a carpet cleaning machine for a couple of days — both pieces of equipment were top quality and did exactly what was needed.

Shout out to the warehouse staff as well — incredibly helpful and efficient during both pickup and return. It’s the little things that count, and this company has it figured out. I’m now a loyal customer. Highly recommended.
