Friendly service. Bizarre to go down a flight of stairs to the basement retail section of the store, but the gentlemen behind the counter helped me find what I was looking for. The store was clean and organized. I would return. Oh right! I bought a lawnmower, however, it died on me after using it 4 times. Not the fault of home hardware.
