I can’t stress enough to say how toxic this place is and what they give you. A few things to start the CEO must know if they don’t already how rude the people treat you hear they are so passive aggressive in refusing to give you anything and they always aim for humiliation they humiliate you every time I have ever been there I swear I have anxiety. The whole parking thing is ridiculous and it’s almost like they want to give you a ticket for parking. Get a life move here move there You wait 40 mins before anyone comes to you or they go to every car before and after you and serve you last I seem too many people reactions and how they treat others they are racist if you don’t look like them expect to get expired and mold food and always out dated best before bla bla the bread I get the next day it’s covered in mold and everything smells so gross and molded, realize if you don’t throw it in the compost we have to when we get home no church or place has ever done that They treat you like it’s coming from their pockets I’m sure the people who donate to them to get to people of need don’t know how badly they treat you and if they are given poor quality please for peoples health and safety good food to live a good life. They horder good food on the shelves it’s packed and for when it’s expired to give to you they give better quality for their own type of people only, I’ve even tested to see 100% fact. They got way more and better quality items then any time I had ever been. if you don’t eat something and request not to have it they give you double. For those few very few who are very devoted and hard working caring and considerate in making a change in someone’s life I thank you. Still I wish the donors would stay and see how they give less to the less fortunate and give better and more to who they want. Their attitude It’s disgusting it’s almost like a colt they have every backup wording to humiliate you even more it’s like a manual script say never have I experienced such low life situations how someone can be so rude and justify their rudeness. I ve been to other places in the world in Canada and this was the first I can say I hate going here bad vibes. All the other food banks I’ve been to have not done this I guess only in Kelowna Just remember you have the upper hand to give people their right if you cheat us know in life or at one point it will be returned. Would you like to clean or cook with mold again this place is toxic sadly. I always speak about what is wrong and no reply can change how I feel
about this place.

Please stop giving people rotten food. Meat that stinks and vegetables that are litterally rotting is the norm when u come here. Like just ridiculous.

Poor people should not have to make an 'appointment' or 'register' in order to eat. Aren't human beings being humiliated enough by the Liberal government? what comes next, RFID chipping or 'poor tattoos' this truly makes me sick. Thanks for the embarrassment and humiliation. if i could give a negative star, i would.
