Amazing service! Right from the first contact the service has been the best we have received in years. The owner Rob has created a knowledgeable crew who ensure that every detail is taken care of in a very efficient manner. The crew worked an extra long, extremely hot day to ensure that our install was complete before the weekend. The crew was so courteous and polite, they explained every step of the install to me and now I actually understand how a heat pump works and how incredibly efficient they are. It is so nice to not have to rely on wood heat as we have for the past 30 years. The heating is now a flip of a switch and the air conditioning is so fantastic on a hot day. Thank you Glacier and Rob for helping us make our daily life a bit easier!

I found them through home depot and it's been a positive experience from the get go. They provided a very reasonable price for a heat pump. Scheduling was very accommodating as I needed the linesets to be put in at an earlier date. Everyone who came to do work was very professional, kind and not in a rush. I felt they spent extra time to do the job right. After the install, I felt like the cooling wasn't working optimally and they sent someone promptly to take a look and make improvments.

We bought our home in August and had never had a heat pump before. When winter came, the heating was not calibrated correctly. I called Glacier today and explained I knew nothing about the heat pump or when the previous owner last asked for a service call. He hadn't in the past three years. All the technicians were working on a project in Duncan, but the manager said he would come by and arrived in less than an hour. He quickly calibrated the system and went over the essentials with me, including the most cost effective method to heat and cool our home. He also went outside to check the equipment for ten minutes. I have not been this impressed by a company in many years. The manager was not in a hurry, was clear in his advice and extremely knowledgeable about his product (Trane). Also, there was no charge for his time. I just read reviews that gave 4.5 stars out of 5 and thought why not 5 out of 5. I couldn't have asked for better service. The system works well and the one minor issue was immediately resolved with the help of Rick's excellent customer service and the technician Mike doing a professional and quality fix to the issue we had. Glacier even arranged for the electrician to come and review the needs of the installation. This made it easier for us and the installation even smoother.

The team showed up at the scheduled time and were very professional. This was a larger job that required a couple of days. We noted the team cleaned up behind themselves as they went. Very polite, very professional. We couldn't have asked for more.
