The guard was so pleasant and helpful. I didn't get the opportunity to go inside but when I was done the warehouse man who unloaded me was super nice and pleasant

Warehouse manager very arrogant and rude. His don't care about winter in Canada....ice storm, snowfall...accidents on the highway. If you arrived little late...you must to be punished. And he didn't give me gate for unloading, only in 4 hours he gave me door. Be careful all truck drivers and it's can happen with every one.

No over night parking for outside carriers. Out in the middle of nowhere, not allowed on property till 15min before your appointment time. NOT VERY TRUCK FRIENDLY!

You arrive early and the kick you out. But when you arrive late you never hear the end of it. It’s their product what does it matter if you get there early they should thank us for being early. It’s to bad that they don’t get a course on how our hours of service work.

Home Hardware are the last gentlemen of retail and that conveys through the corporate offices as well. It is a well oiled machine. Well run and courteous.
