Driver tried to charge 35 dollars for a 6 minute ride at 7pm. Claimed that the price was agreed on the phone which it wasn’t. Do not recommend.

I absolutely LOVE our SnapCab. With the new Hybrid Word model, this is a perfect place to take calls and not have to worry about background noise. The SnapCab Team is also fabulous to work with. They make things easy not only for us but our customers who are also interested in the booths. Great quality of product and great service!

The phone pods we just installed last week for a Client exceeded our expectations. Well designed and built interior/exterior. They were installed in an office that was previously built out but with the many finish options available, it allowed us to select finishes that coordinated well with the existing space, making them part of the overall office design and not look like an after thought.
SnapCab's Manager was there to supervise, answer questions by installers and GC and didn't leave until the install was completed to his satisfaction. Great product, great service!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris Cramer and Christian Richmond of Snapcab and they were both very professional, informative and did everything in their power to make sure our client had everything they needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had by both email and phone. Chris even came out to the install site to oversee how everything was going and brought some hardware with him to make the installation process go even smoother. I have told them both multiple times how grateful I was with their customer service and how refreshing it felt to actually feel valued as a customer. I would recommend Snapcab a million times over again! This was most definitely a very positive experience!

Snapcab has GREAT products. But beyond their products their service is incredible. Every project I´ve done with them (which are a few) its been easy and fast. This is because they are very clear on their processes and communication is very easy and personal.
I´ve been working this past 3 years with Chis Cramer who is an incredible sales manager, always responds fast and takes in each project.
