I would rate it zero star if I could. Threw it out. 90 percent fat. The worst I ever had. Wish I took pictures of the meat.

Paid $20 for a pail of salt beef. Should be labeled salt fat with little bits of meat in between. You expect better quality from a local company.

I purchased a bucket of country pride salt meat.But to my surprise it was at least 70% fat. Paid 23 dollars for nothing they should no be allowed to be making that product.

Absolutely terrible quality. It’s my 1st and last bucket of salt beef. A total waste of money. Very disappointed when I just opened the bucket for Christmas Dinner and it’s 95% fat.

Just opened a bucket of Country Pride Salt Beef. Total garbage. Four chunks. 3/4's fat and bone. This is my second purchase of same. Will be my last. You should be ashamed to pack this in a bucket for people whose Jigg's Dinner is such an important part of a family Sunday meal. Perhaps Newfoundlanders wouldn't lead the county in heart disease if we could buy a decent bucket of beef. I expect some fat and bone but not almost all fat and bone because any beef is more flavourful with a bit of fat and bone. Time to smarten up here and put some decent beef in your buckets.

Bought a bucket of country pride salt beef which by the way was 29.99, I was totally discussed by the quality. A bucket 3 darn pieces of beef and I say about 60 percent of those peices were fat. I was floored Your quality has definitely gone wayyyyy down hill, Never buy a bucket again. Just damn shameful 😕

I am totally digusted with your products. Island Farms salt beef is despicable. 90% fat and country pride isn't much better most of the time. Should be ashamed of yourselves. I wish there was a lower rating to give you.

Very disappointed with this beef. Where is the quality control? Nothing but fat and slag. Maybe 2 oz of beef. What a rip off.
