Absolutely phenomenal store! Katherine and Haiden helped us - incredible!

Everything is fairly priced and was better than everything online. If you're looking to purchase, don't even worry about checking Google!

Staff is incredibly helpful and they pride themselves on helping you learn to sew properly so your machines will last longer!

Katherine was the most helpful sales person I have ever met! She assisted me with purchasing extra feet for my janome sewing machine, explaining that yes your machine can do this. I was very appreciative.

Good for them to have a class people want to take but having everyone wait for an email literally the day before opening then selling out within 15 minutes makes for a very poor experience and clearly shows they can't meet demand for the community. Not wasting my time here again.

Expect to be profiled if you dont fit their expected archetypal customer. Jesus healed lepers without being snooty but unfortunately, for some people, answering a couple questions with a similar disposition is asking to much.

They have lovely high-quality products, but I always feel judged or unwelcome when I go to the store. I have had them follow me around when browsing. One time, I went to get an idea of the prices of pressure feet for various machines and they kept trying to turn the display to one side instead of letting me look at everything and determine my own needs.

On top of that, when I went to get my machine serviced, they did not tell me that the expected lead time was 4 weeks until After I had paid a non-refundable deposit. And then it took 6 weeks for me to get my machine back.

I really wanted to love this store since I can walk there, but I will drive to the stores in Cambridge and Guelph that I have had pleasant experiences with instead.

Steve and the staff are very friendly with lots of knowledge to share. Very wide selection of machines so you get a hands on demo. Promise of long term training support is also appealing.

I took my Kenmore 12 stitch in for cleaning. And to repair the Bobbin winder tension disc & pressor foot lever. Both of these broken by a quilting instructor. I was told it would be ready in 3 days. I called them once a week for 6 weeks. It wasn't ready . The last time I called the repair man answered the phone. He was very snarky. He told me my 1982 modelwas very old & needed parts. I desided to check it out. It WAS done in 3 days
The repair guy would not apologize. They never took my name or ticket #. They have lost a customerm oh they keept my pd reciept

Such lovely and knowledgeable staff. They’re there to help you and not to talk you into something you don’t need. They took a look at machine for free and it turned out it I was just using the wrong needle, so I got the right needle there and some other essential tools. Highly recommend and really appreciate how kind they were!
