I called and got a verbal quote that changing the pull rope on my grass line trimmer would cost me around $20. When I dropped the unit off, I was told I needed to put down a $55 plus tax deposit in advance of the work because people in the past have got work done on their equipment and just left it there instead of paying for it and picking it up. I assumed that I would get refunded the difference between the actual cost and the deposit that I gave them sure enough when I went to pick it up. They were happy to tell me that I didn’t owe them anything more after the repair was complete. I mentioned to the employee that I was told that I had only put down a deposit and they Told me at that time their minimum charges $55 for a half an hour. If this was explained to me upfront, I would’ve just bought the cord and repaired the unit myself. Be careful with what you’re told at this business and be very clear. What the cost is before you drop it off for service. Make sure it’s in writing and the actual cost is explained properly. I am a capable person with doing business with people so there is no misunderstanding from my end on what they were telling me they were going to do.

The manager at this location is completely rude. I asked what the best price was for a used lawnmower and he said $350 I said would you take $300? He says it’s already “discounted” vs a new one for $550 “. He obviously does not know the difference between a price for a used lawn mower and new one. I walked out and went to another dealership and bought a new one. Don’t waste your time here. The customer experience is not important to him. Stay away !

I took my lawnmower to this company. All it needed for the battery charge. They want to charge me 575 bucks to do that. I couldn’t have it for one day and it broke down response was you have to pay more money to get it fixed if you wanna get ripped off Take these guys?

I rented a machine from this guy. He didn't tell me after 8 hours.He charged me for the second day. Got insurance on the machine. And he still charged when the Machine was damaged. What the hell is insurance for? Very poor business person. I would not.
Recommend this place to nobody.

Dropped my plow to get fixed brand new wide out western and i didn't get the same serial number back and my plow was completely screwed

Took our lawn tractor in for service. Was told it would take about a week but got it back 3 weeks later. Returned missing the key and hitch pin. Tried cutting lawn and found one of the blades was missing and the rest not sharpened. When I talked to the staff they said the blade was bent but forgot to tell me.No apology either for the poor service! When you call 50% of the time no one answers and if you leave a message no one calls you back. Wrote an email to manager over a week ago complaining but no response. Horrible experience. Would never recommend them
