Here's a hero story/review. During the ice storm days Our 92 yr old neiborough ran out of propane ((Differnt company) .We housed her as her supplier apparently could not provide or confirm her with a fill up. I reached out to my provider (Outram) and with in a day I was filled up and also asked them to switch Mary over to their services... within a two day period Outram had Mary set up and they also arranged for hook up of her Generac and fireplace. They did this within a work week while the other provider couldn't even deliver propane within a 9 day period. BAM Outram to the rescue.Top notch service amazing prompt fill ups when ever I call they redpond with service. I have never been without fuel.

We moved to Little Britain recently. Propane tanks were with another company. We called them to start a contract with them. Took an hour of waiting before someone took the call and promised to send us contract forms. We called twice but the contracts never came. So I called Outram and signed up. However, we know we made the right choice when we ran out of propane before equipment was installed! I reached out to Janet who picked up immediately and it was fabulous! They were out in a few hours, replaced tanks and had our heat going. What marvelous service from people who really care. Thank you, Outrams, and keep being wonderful, Janet!

I had originally had another company (starts with S) scheduled to install new tanks, a line and supply propane for a large generator. Even though I had scheduled 3 weeks before the planned install date, S had been out for a site visit, the said company forgot to schedule, order the required parts and only told me after I got ahold of them (after 6 hours of trying) the day before the scheduled install. They tried to reschedule for a month later and didn't even apologize. They also tried to increase the original install price by $2k. I was livid.

I researched companies and found Outram and am I ever happy that I did. I called and talked to Janet (Wednesday), explained my situation and the time sensitive nature and Outram was on it. Mike was out the next day for a site visit and had pricing and details of the install for me Friday morning. I gave the green light and the install happened on the following Monday. I could not believe the turn around time.

Company S should take a look at Outram fuels to learn what proper customer service looks like. If your researching different companies for your propane needs, I very highly recommend Outram. You will not be disappointed!

We have been with Outram Fuels for almost 10 yrs. Customer service is AMAZING.

We usually call for a fill when we are down to about 25% . Today we were close to having no propane. Called and Janet advised we would get delivery Monday. So we got prepared with heaters as the temperature has been dipping to -20C.

We hear the beeping of a truck and here is Outram backing up in our drive way. ( today is Friday. 3-4 days early. )

I've been a long time customer of Outram Fuels & haven't had any issues.
I absolutely love calling them to order a fill up for our home, because that means, more often than not, I'm able to speak with Janet.
Janet is not JUST professional and has amazing customer service skills, but she's personable.
I don't feel rushed off the phone; she talks to me like a friend. Her friendliness & sense of humor are a huge plus for me.
I don't feel like a "customer", I feel like a person!
And the service provided is exceptional. A truck arrives within 1-3 days. Thank you Janet & Outram! You guys rock!! 🙂

I have been with Outram Fuels for 2 years now. Propane is my main source of heat for my house so this service is very essential and this company has been nothing but reliable. My first dealing with them was very helpful when I was switching over from Oil to propane. They dropped tanks off so my furnace could be installed when no other company would. They are always friendly when I call in . They offer automatic fill up so it is hassle free and you do not have to ever worry about running out of fuel. When I call in I usually speak with Janet and she is awesome to deal with! I would recommend their services, 5 star!
