Super friendly staff, and very helpful. I just wish Michael's hadn't move to self checkout and had better pricing. Their sales aren't near as good as they use to be

This was the first time we had been in Micheals in North Bay, and probably be the last. We were looking for a certain item, but there were no staff around to ask, we final found it ourselves. We stopped on the way to the cash desk to look at something, and a member of staff pushed infront of us even though he had plenty of room behind. At the cash desk the two employees there were more concerned with someone fixing the door than serving us, I understand that these things need to be done, but to leave the cash register and have to get the receipt from our side while talking to someone else about the door, does not look good to customers.
