Six year later and we used Natural Choice again to replace the furnace. James took a lot of time to help us decide which furnace to go with. This experience was identical to the one 6 years ago where James was friendly, easily accessible to answer any questions, and took the time to give advice or suggestions as needed. The installation staff were also great! They took great care to use drop cloths and keep the house looking as clean as it did before they arrived. Natural Choice is still my #1 go-to for any HVAC stuff I need.

My experience with the actual A/C unit and the company has been anything but satisfactory.

I purchased a new A/C unit in the summer of 2021, expecting it to provide much-needed relief during hot days. Unfortunately, it hasn't been working properly since it was installed. The following summer, in 2022, Natural Choice did come out and took apart the A/C to conduct a thorough examination of the system. They believed they had remedied the problem, and I had hoped that my cooling issues were behind me.

To my dismay, the problem resurfaced again in 2023. Frustrated with the lack of response from Natural Choice, I reached out to another contractor for a second opinion. They conducted a simple diagnosis and discovered a leak in my system, as the coolant was not at the correct pressure. Only then did James from Natural Choice come out to top up the coolant. However, I was disappointed that he did not attempt to diagnose the root cause of the leak or provide a comprehensive solution. As of the time of this review, my AC is still not cooling my home, and I effectively have a very expensive dehumidifier.

Positive Aspects:
James, as a technician, was knowledgeable and helpful when I could reach him. I appreciated his professionalism and clear explanations of the issues.

Areas for Improvement:
Despite Natural Choice's efforts in 2022, my A/C continued to struggle with cooling my home effectively. Their subsequent lack of responsiveness to my calls, texts, and emails, or to follow through with promised responses, is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a level of service that acknowledges and addresses concerns promptly.

Final Thoughts:
I'm unsure of the reasons behind Natural Choice's inconsistent responsiveness. Whether they are too busy, uninterested in resolving my issues, or facing internal challenges, I cannot say. However, this ongoing experience has left me with no choice but to share my disappointment in the hope that it will help others make informed decisions.

Recommendation:
In spite of their ratings and positive reviews (which influenced my initial choice), I must advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Unfortunately, my experience suggests that customers can find better service elsewhere.

There was an issue with our hot water and Waza Home Comfort Inc assisted us. The technicians were helpful and efficient. Jeff our planner is a super star! He is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He ensured I was updated throughout the entire process and if there was a problem he ensured it was taken care of. If I had questions or concerns he addressed them promptly and with great care. My AC broke down and called Natural Choice to take a look. My system was getting old (16 years) and was the original from the builder. James arrived to assess my old unit and in a polite, no pressure and well informed way advised that this unit needed to be replaced. After discussing my options, I was able to make an informed decision to get a whole system. Ryan (and Ben, I believe) arrived to do the install and, as James was, very professional and courteous. The installation was very cleanly done along with the pipes and wiring, it looked very professionally done! The AC system is a huge improvement to what we had, my old system ran constantly when the outside temperature was hot, this one actually works much more efficiently and doesn’t seem to break a sweat by comparison to get comfortable on the couple of very hot days we’ve had already. I can’t wait to see how the furnace will perform come the winter. Thank you James and team, I appreciate the time, effort and patience to compare options and answer my questions after the installation. Great job, we are very satisfied!!

I dealt with James over the phone. James is very knowledgable. He was able to explain what the available options were in a simple and easy way to understand.
Within a couple of days James arranged for one of his crews to remove the old system and install the new air handler with coil and air conditioner.
The installers Matt and Ricardo were very nice
