Very responsive and thorough, which was much needed as previous local guy didn't do a good job leading to key concerns this year. Christian worked well with boiler company in a challenging situation (crawl space so no live assistance) and ordered and installed necessary part in a timely manner. He was generous with his travel time and patient with my questions. As long as he is willing to travel here, I'll have him service both boiler and gas fireplace. He also made an excellent referral that led to a very beautiful install of a gas fireplace. He is and knows good people.

Best service in town. Honest, friendly and affordable! I have used his service twice and have no complaints. I had a hot water heater installed and help on a home project. Being a new home owner I appreciated being able to trust the service I received.

When I had a complete system failure in my house we worked through every option possible to get me running as quickly and cost effectively as possible. I’ve been absolutely impressed with Christian’s knowledgeable, professional and fair priced service. I’ve had the pleasure of hiring him for numerous projects over the last 3+ years including for plumbing, boiler and radiant heating installation and service.

Absolutely amazing service! Christian came to our house @ 9:30PM Tuesday evening, when our furnace just wouldn't turn on. He quickly diagnosed the issue that night, and called us bright & early the next morning that he found the part needed for our older furnace! He warned us before hand, that he may not be able to find it but he indeed did! Would definitely recommend!

I originally heard about Fransky's as they won an award at the Peterborough Chamber Excellence Awards in 2017. I had to bring in Fransky's for a pretty large commercial air conditioner install at our property. I was pleasantly surprised to deal with Christian, one of the owners directly from the quoting process, install and after care maintenance. They provided reasonable pricing, were fast, efficient and took pride in providing honest service. The best part was when Christian came back to complete an install on a part of our wall since it couldn't have been completed in the winter on their own volition and I completely forgot! They stand by their product, service and reputation and I look forward to working with them more in the future.
