A neighbour referred us to Allan and his Team and we're so thankful for that as we required some drapes and a roll up blind for our patio door. Allan's level of customer service is impeccable and through no fault of his own, the roll up blind needed to be replaced twice due to a manufacturing issue. Allan stood behind the product and ensured our ultimate satisfaction at every step of the way.

The service that Audrey and Allan provided was exceptional. I was looking for window solutions for all the rooms in my home. At first, i was bombarded with choices and didn't have the knowledge to make a good decision. Audrey and Allan helped me through the entire process. They explained my options for what i was trying to achieve. They were very patient with me when choosing the style and materials. The installation was quick and efficient, with much care and clean up afterwards. Excellent quality products and workmanship and reasonable pricing. Audry was so patient and helpful as I picked one sample after the other before finding the 'perfect' fabrics for my kitchen and bedroom window treatments. The end product in both cases is as beautiful and functional as expected. We are very happy with the excellent quality workmanship.

However, while not as big a job as bedroom and kitchen- my biggest appreciation is for the personal attention to a set of custom made roman blinds using family heirloom materials. Originally made elsewhere, they had never really fit or worked properly. Audry again made excellent suggestions and then had the blinds fixed for me. I can't believe how well the 'repair' has turned out. Working with antique material can't have been easy, but they now fit, work and look exactly as I had originally envisioned. I am extremely happy, and will definitely return when the next room needs 'doing'!
