I have been dealing with Anderson Electronics for about 6 years now. They take care of our fire alarm system, emergency lighting and our fire extinguishers. They also take care of our entry systems. They are very flexible and are always able to work around our schedule while working in our complex. The staff are very pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Kevin and Lee! I highly recommend this company.

The work is done quickly, efficiently and most important... accurately. They are very flexible with their scheduling and reports are issued promptly when the work is complete. Would highly recommend them for work on life safety equipment.

I have been dealing with Andersons for years and their customer service is fast and so friendly. I have even called them during the middle of the night and I had a technician at my home within an hour. HIGHLY Recommend Andersons you will not be disappointed

I would not recommend this establishment. I purchased a battery for my golf cart from them back in August. I used it for 2 months and then left it on a charger for the winter. The battery did not hold a charge in the spring lasting only 15 holes. They asked me to bring in the battery and charger so they could test them. They said they would get back to me the next day. They did not. I called the second day and they said they needed to do another test. They said they would call and they did not. I called again the next day. They blamed the charger.( I had tested it on my wife's battery and it worked fine.) They refused to honour their 1 year warranty.

My Lectronic Kaddy went in for service in late January. Power was intermittent--- a bad word because you can’t fix what isn’t broken. The plug connecting the battery to the Kaddy had to be replaced, as did the plug to the charger; they were visibly compromised. We all thought they were the only problem. There was another, and a new plug replaced the one to the battery. Still another problem, which I isolated to the wire going from the battery plug to the PC board (It turns out the slip on connectors had oxidized, which means that the Kaddy worked on the test bench), but a “new” speed control was inserted as if that was the problem. I knew it wasn’t but paid for the “repair” only to find out on the golf course I was right. I asked for the old control. A wire was broken that could have been soldered, but was told they were advised not to do so. I was also told I could return the “new” one, which I did. The woman I had been dealing with took it and my receipt to the office and then to the repair bench. She showed me 2 broken wires on it, which weren’t broken when I gave it to her, and painter’s tape around one and told me she couldn’t accept it because it was not the “new” one. I left in dazed fury. I should have asked her to double check to see if she hadn’t mistakenly picked up a used one instead of the “new” one I gave her. Presuming she’s correct about my returning one with tape, that means I paid full pop for a used/reconditioned controller.
If you’re wondering how I know that I didn’t accidentally return mine, it’s because of the solder joint and the tape. I crimp the wire around the post before soldering (I can’t make it stay on while I solder otherwise) and don’t use tape.
So maybe source parts at Andersons and do your own repairs. Lectronic Kaddies are very simple machines. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.
