Well, I have travelled to many places that eat insects so there is no good reason why we in Canada should not given the nutritional content. That being said, I would still have a tough time chewing up those fried insects, however, I have tried the cricket powder and found it quite tasty, a bit of a chocolatey flavour. I'm game to give it a bigger try. Good luck with the new business venture

I saw this place being featured on an Economist documentary on insect protein for food. It's interesting that they choose to locate in fake London (Ontario) since I never thought that such a groundbreaking new food company would locate in my hometown.

I'm not sure if I'm ready to try insects though. That sounds kind of weird and I can't wrap my head around eating them. It is better for the environment though since you can produce more food using less water and land.

Ok so personally I hate bugs of any kind so I don’t ever see myself ordering up a bunch of crickets for a late night snack however if we really sit back and think about it there are always traces of insects in most processed foods. Especially jams. I just prefer not to think about it lol I gave 5 stars just because I wish any new business success even if it’s not for me. Not to mention all the crazies on here with their “Great Reset” Conspiracy Theories lol what a bunch of whack jobs! Good Luck Aspire!
