Caractéristiques du magasin

Le personnel est très utile et connaissant, surtout pour les gens plus âgés. Il y a une grande sélection de produits intéressante et des articles pour presque tout le monde. On y achète souvent beaucoup plus que prévu La localisation est idéale pour les personnes âgées. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking dans un grand lit pavement et pas d'escaliers pour entrer dans le bâtiment.

A great shop! The staff here are sewers, quilters and crafters so they are quite helpful and knowledgeable when shopping. They have a vast and interesting selection of products, a little bit of something for everyone. I always end up heading home with way more then I planned! The location is also ideal for the older generation of customers. There is lots of parking in a nice big flat paved lot and no stairs to enter to building

Generally the service and products are good as I do frequent the store quite often. I was in there recently with my mask on, sanitized my hands and went to where I needed and picked out my products. I waited and waited for some assistance for some time. There were 3 staff members there and none of them were assisting any customers and just chitter chattering amongst themselves. I eventually went up to one of the salesperson and asked for some assistance. She came over and was very strict with the stand 6 ft from me and stand across the table. I was a bit taken aback and said there should be some signs to acknowledge the procedure in that area of the store. I picked out some product that was marked 50% off and they said it wasnt , but the sign clearly said it was.. it was in fact on special but no apology. I was not impressed with the sales experience this time and to my dismay upon leaving the store when they let me out, there were 4-5 people standing outside waiting to come in from the heat....if they were prompt with taking care of customers those people would not have to wait out in the heat that long...not impressed, not sure if I will be back...

I know we are all doing our best during the Pandemic but wish to offer some helpful advice. Have someone acknowledge the customers waiting at the door. I waited for someone to come open the front door as the sign indicated. Waited and Waited. Knocked loudly..twice, no one came or acknowledged that I was there. I finally left after an 11 minute wait. If I knew I was waiting my turn I would have stayed but I didn't know if anyone would ever come...so I left. Bummer for both of us.

I only shop here because it’s the only store in the area. However I’m not sure if it’s worth it anymore, and I may order online only instead. The staff are short with me, don’t offer help, and are often downright rude. It feels like I’m putting them out by shopping in their store. I’ve been in a few times now, and it’s not just one person or one time. This has been my experience over multiple visits. They could also use some more updated and modern fabrics.

I just went to pick up some flannel, but the store was clean and surprisingly organized for a fabric store. They always seem to have a bit of a chaotic energy. The staff was polite and I got what I was looking for 😊

I went into the store and the young woman behind the counter did not even look up from her cell phone. I was looking for something specific and not once was I asked if I needed assistance. I ended up just leaving and feeling very disappointed.
