Won’t let me upload videos, but my furniture in my storage unit 1109 at Walker avenue was covered in rat piss and shit.

They are not liable for any of this, and in order to terminate your lease they require you to empty your unit. So not only are all my belongings completely ruined, I’m expected to remove the the rat piss and shit covered furniture.

Only negative review I’ve ever left in my life.

FYI - when they tell you they have “reserved” your unit online, make sure to go do it immediately. I waited 2 hours and when I went to do it, it was gone with no other units available. When I called back, I was told “reservations don’t actually mean anything, it’s first come, first serve”. I already had picked up the moving truck and was ready to start moving.

Prices OK. Good location. There is an employee in the office regular business hours, which is good for deliveries, I get supplies and gear delivered there for work with no issues.

Winter slow clearing leaves much to be desired.

Very clean storage units and the lady at the front desk is always friendly and willing to help find the right solution for you...i choose this location over the one on Glendale not only because it is newer...but also because the staff seem so much better here...
