I had to come here and rave this store! I ordered my supplements and such online this morning, fully expecting to wait a few days at least for their delivery, and they arrived at my doorstep THIS AFTERNOON! What service! Love it! Thank you!
Also. The last time I made an online order they called me to ask for delivery instructions. This time they used the same delivery instructions without needing to ask.
Don't waste your money and time with Amazon, this store will save you both.

I shop at the online version of this store, and the customer service I receive when I have a question (or when Canada Post goes on strike) has been absolutely amazing! Good prices that are hard to beat at other health food stores, and a great resource when living in a remote location.

Treated with the upmost respect and care and most of all , knowledge of products . Thank you selling me the best products for the best price and value . I went in looking for something that in the long run wouldn’t be cost effective but they suggested a much better solution of the same product ! Love this store love these non pushy people and love the selection. I live in Vancouver area mainland but will always shop here when I’m in town ! Highly recommend this place !

Dont know the name name of the taller man who works there, but I've been a few times, and he is super informative, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly suggest going to this shop for all you vitamin and supplements.

Nearly six weeks ago, I placed a special order over the phone and was told the items would be arrive in 1-2 weeks. Three weeks pass, I call the store to inquire about the special order. I am put on hold and speak to various representatives, only to be informed that the order had never been placed. This is irksome, but I understand that this happens from time to time, having worked in specialty retail. The ordering manager calls me back to confirm that she has placed the order herself and that the items should arrive by the end of week (in 2-3 days) or early next.

Two more weeks go by, and I hear nothing, so I call the store to inquire about the order. The sales representative tells me it is not there. This has turned into a farce. She politely apologises, but that does not help when I have been waiting nearly six weeks. That's the final straw, and I decide to order online from another source who ships immediately and offers complimentary next-day or two-day delivery.

A couple of days later, I receive a call from Adrienne from the mail-ordering department, who tells me that part of the order has arrived. I inform her that I had grown tired of waiting and went elsewhere to buy the items. She calls me back a few minutes later to inquire about my customer status to date. I answer her question, and she hangs up. Talk about a strange non sequitur exchange. Was she content because she had only lost a new customer and not an established one?! I was expecting her to extend some sort of olive branch to make amends for the bungled orders and the mistakes on their part. That is what I would have done if I were still working in customer care and relations. I was looking forward to supporting this local business, particularly during the pandemic, but I am going to go with a more reliable source for my supplements and a business that shows greater care, compassion, and concern for customers and customer experiences.
