I had them frame in and poor my slab for a pre-engineered building. With this type of building there is no room for error and the slab they made was perfect, all the studs for the posts were exactly where they needed to be and made assembling the rest of the building a breeze. Great crew of workers.

They drive dangerously around Creston. I have no idea how their company does business but how I see them drive around the community I would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible way to advertise your company. If your going to have the company name on the doors of your vehicles, then have employees that will obey the traffic laws.

We have always had prompt, courteous service from friendly workers. I always offer refreshments when they’re working and know they are appreciated . Clean up has always been thorough and any small problems resolved, so perhaps the guy with complaints isn’t easy to get along with ?

Work was not completed properly, management was condescending and confrontational even after agreeing that work was not completed properly, charges remained untouched regardless of incomplete work, company showed no respect for owners property - left staples in house, trees; cigarette butts littered on the ground; large block of concrete haplessly tossed aside; customer was ultimately left to hire additional company and fix mistakes left by Sullivan Stone, which Sullivan stone was unwilling to even consider discounting against their several thousand dollar price tag. Pick Sullivan if you want to pay someone to speak down at you like an animal while they fail to complete a job they're prepared to charge you full price for. Genuinely disgraceful, and a significant reflection on the management, Carl.

Always polite helpful and deliver a quality product, I've had pre-mix concrete delivered, drivers are excellent and courteous. I've had rock delivered same courteous and polite drivers.
