I was first introduced to Rocky Mountain Soap Co. through a surprise Valentine's Day gift from my husband: The Rocky Reserve 3-piece soap set. Some might think soap is an unusual gift for Valentine's, but to me, a thoughtful, all-natural, cruelty-free, toxin-free gift is perfect! Since then, I’ve been a loyal fan. The soaps are not only wonderfully scented—everything smells heavenly—but they also leave my skin feeling clean, fresh, and soft. Although I haven’t yet needed to contact customer service, I feel confident that any future interactions would be met with friendly, helpful service. Living in the US, I order in bulk from Canada, and the bars typically last me 6 months to a year. Highly recommend!

I just received my order for their new solid shampoo and conditioner! So impressed, it lathers up so easily and left my mature hair soft, shiny and tame! This will definitely be my go to shampoo and conditioner for life! I also love their natural deoderant, the lemongrass smells so wonderful and lasts all day even in the hot summer!

I’m addicted to Rocky Mountains bath bombs.
I received a 6 pac as a gift, and found these little treasures fragrant, moisturizing & soothing. I have since reordered twice & plan on continuing. They don’t stain your tub as others have claimed, they leave an oil residue no different than than hair or body oils. When I drain the tub I add a bit of shampoo to the water & everything cleans up perfectly.

Great customer service from Carina. I called in because I placed an order online and was sent the wrong items. Carina said she would express ship my correct order out to me and that I could also keep the incorrect items to try or gift to others. I’m very happy that I don’t have to take time out of my day to go to a store to exchange or drop off the incorrect items at the post office. Thank you for the quick resolution!

I also love their baby butter. Helps tremendously with my children’s eczema.
