It was a good opportunity for me to test the reliability and value of Dyaco’s warranty promise. Nearing the end of 2024, even though the treadmill had 500-1000km of usage, the frame on the incline section of my treadmill broke; this triggered the lifetime warranty. I contacted my professional repairman to look at the treadmill and was advised to approach Dyaco for a replacement. After paying $294.00 for S&H, I finally received my “new” replacement last week. Upon opening the box, the entire unit was wrapped in bubble wraps. This tells me it is most likely a refurbished unit as all new treadmill comes in a box with white Styrofoam. With the inspection by my professional installer, he was shocked to and confirmed the following damages to the supposedly “new” unit – 1. a broken female electrical plug-in; 2. massive stains (on multiple spots) on the track; 3. Spider webs on (a) the motor area and (b) one handle that was opened. Keep in mind that I did not attempt to tear apart the rest of the bubble wraps on the new machine. 4. Washer/bolt marks on the one handle that I opened, which suggest that the item was previously used. I have attached photos as proof of the above. At this time, Dyaco has responded in writing that they will be offering me with a new track and electrical plug. This to me makes no sense. Dyaco is trying to replace my treadmill which is in great condition other than the frame with a broken treadmill, and expect me to repair the new treadmill at my own cost. Should I not be receiving a unit that is new and operational ready? I responded with more questions to the CSR and am waiting for her answers in writing. I will continue to provide updates of my experience with Dyaco.

Updates: Dyaco eventually did the right thing by sending me another unit. When I asked them how would they like the first unit to be returned to them, the instruction was to toss it. I’ll let you be the judge…why did they send me a unit that they considered as garbage?!

Tried calling line for warranty due to a failing Sole F80. I was caller 1/1, waited for 30 minutes and then the line disconnected. Nobody answers. Good at sales but they don’t stand by their product

The only reason there is one star - They make it very easy to place an order for the Sole E95 elliptical which I suppose is great. When it came time for delivery they only sent one man who was not able to get even onto the front porch which is 2 half height wide steps. My teenage daughter who has health challenges helped the delivery man to get it partially undercover of the front porch. I called to complain and they sent out another 2 men later that day, who also could not get it in the house through a very wide front door to the wide open hall. My daughter told me that they tipped it and rolled it, tipped it and rolled it. I went to open this unit today and to my dismay saw that it was a previously opened unit that had been re taped. The box had clearly been cut. I am very discouraged by this experience that a company can think this is ok. It is simply shameful behavior and poor customer service. I have sent them an email and will wait a reply. Meanwhile, my excitement to start my health and fitness plan has taken a good shot of discouragement.

I had high hopes for the FB360 Folding Indoor Bike when we purchased it less than a year ago, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The right pedal of the bike fell off unexpectedly, causing a significant safety hazard, not to mention the inconvenience it has caused.

What's worse, this issue resulted in metal dust accumulation, which only added to the mess and frustration. It's unacceptable that a product marketed for indoor use and fitness would exhibit such a serious flaw in less than a year of regular use.

I cannot in good conscience recommend the FB360 Folding Indoor Bike to anyone, given the safety and quality concerns I've encountered. Buyer beware - you might end up with a defective product and a very frustrating experience trying to resolve it. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options for your indoor fitness needs.

ATTENTION!!!!!

Do not buy any products from Dyaco as this is how they treat their customers. Spirit treadmills, due to their hard wheels, can damage your flooring like it did mine!!! I purchased a XT485 treadmill and while it was folded, in the very specific way, as per their moving instructions, I relocated the unit to its final resting place ( on a treadmill mat) only to find out that it ruined my hardwood floors in the process. The wheels are designed in a U shape as you can see in the pictures and leave gauges in the flooring. This was the email correspondance from a manager...

We have received your request for compensation regarding the damages on your hard wood floor.

After reviewing your case and consulting with our lawyers and the store where you purchased the treadmill from, it has been determined that the damages were not caused by a manufacturer defect but in handling of the equipment by the user. Therefore, we must deny your request for compensation.

Purchased a stationary bike from Xterra on Amazon. Enjoyed the bike for about a week and then began having issues with the mechanism. Emailed Dyaco with absolutely no help in the problem. I apparently didn’t have “labour warranty” on the purchase and somehow the manufacturers warranty does not stand up to the actual manufacturers issues when it comes to the cheap and unreliable product. Just took a look at reviews and now understand I should have before purchasing from them. Please do not waste your money with this company as they have no problem not helping with the product they sell. Very unimpressed.

I have purchased several various SOLE machines over the last 10 years, good quality machines, I have only needed to call customer service 3 times over this period, as with wear and tear things will break. I have yet to be disappointed. Replacement parts sent quickly, always pleasant to speak with. I would recommend the SOLE brand , it is a little more expensive than other brands, I have always been impressed with the quality.

I purchased a FB350 bike off of Amazon, and it was broken within 3 days.
I had "no warranty for labour" but they offered to ship me the part, as well as the contact info for someone who could fix it.... for $150 - just about the price of the bike. I had tossed the box out, and the replacement box was slightly too large for Canada post to take, so I asked if they would send me a return slip through purolator. In short, the product is junk, the customer service is awful, and I would never buy anything from this company again. In short. I bought something from your company.

It broke within a few days.

They will not fix it.

They will not provide a way to return it.

The offered no way to resolve this problem.

Dont buy, go anywhere else.
