The fruit and vegetables section is awful. Always rotten strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries. If you want semi-decomposed cherries - you are in the right place!

I shop at grocery stores 20-30 times a week minimum for work. Today I visited the store and was looking for 2% milk. There was none in either fridge so I asked nearest employee Stephanie who happened to be filling an order- I understood she may be busy and might get someone else to help.

I asked excuse me there’s no milk in the shelf could you get someone to assist me please?

She replied I’m doing an order can’t do that and continued on. While I walked around to get another employee I came back to see Stephanie chatting with a customer. I was appalled by this as she couldn't take the 15 seconds to help me and was “doing an order” . I continued on shopping another 20 or so items from the frozen vegetable and yogurt area. When coming up the aisle the employee Stephanie was still chatting 10 mins later.

I am hoping to receive a response from the store in writing this review. What a joke that employee was today

This place needs to update their cashiers on the produce they sell. Major waste of time waiting for two people to scratch their heads and try to figure out what an item is. You are the ones selling the item, and you don't know what it is!

I understand that things have been stolen but not everyone is that was. I went into this store today and I was treated like a common criminal. I had the lady who was working at the self checkout around 4:15pm February 23/25, watch me and even literally watching over my shoulder. I think I will be shopping at Sobey’s if I will be treated like this.

Edit: Last time coming here. Lady at self checkout hates her job and decided to be rude to me today.

At self checkout it would help if the odd looking older gentleman would stop having conversations with people and help customers. Especially when there are 5 people who are having issues.

Edit: Last time coming here. Lady at self checkout hates her job and decided to be rude to me today.

Losing out on a family of 4 that spends $750/month here because you have bad employees.
