I met Jimmy Li, the owner of Alpha stainless steel on Facebook marketplace. What a professional and knowledgeable person he is! He was on time for our first meeting and delivered our product on time as promised. Working with this company was easy and he allowed for changes, always with a smile and gentle voice. UPDATE!!! There was a tiny error with my tub, no big deal, and Jimmy drove 3 hours to my location from Toronto the very next day on a SUNDAYto fix it!! You will NEVER find better customer service you guys! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jimmy and the INSANELY BEAUTIFUL 60” large dog grooming tub he made me ! It’s truly a work of art! Jimmy was super kind and knowledgeable and made sure to check in with me and made any small adjustments I requested before completing the tub. The finished product is my DREAM TUB! I bathe a lottttt of dogs and this is going to make my job so much easier! AND take a look at his creation for harness hooks! Instead of just using the standard U shaped hooks like on the pre-made “name brand” tubs, that only allow you to hook the harness from one or two levels, wherever the U is placed. His genius creation will allow me to harness at many different levels! AND he even put a harness bar across the top so I am able to hang harnesses there as well! It’s just simply amazing ❤️ I am so grateful to have found Jimmy and not wasted my money on one of the other tubs that would NOT have been to my specifications and would have cost way more!!!
I would recommend Jimmy for ANY and EVERY steel project! I even had one of my clients pick up the tub as I live far away and wasn’t able to go myself. My client just so happens to be a professor of trades - specifically steel work and electrical - and even he said the tub looks really well made!! 🐾💖
