Unparalleled customer service for online orders! I ordered some hard to come by thread online from this shop. The shop called within hours to advise that they were out of stock on one of my selections, offered some options, and adjusted my order. I was immediately impressed!
The shop called me again to verify my address (autofill did something wonky). Really happy about that so my package didn't get delayed or re-routed!
My order arrived via courier 2 days later. Again, impressed.
Great service!
I also chose to order from them because their price on the product I needed was the most competitive that I found in Canada! Highly reccomend!!!
