Hugo's attentive approach ensured my satisfaction with every aspect of the coat. Being detail-oriented, I had specific preferences for materials and design, such as the weight of the gabardine material which makes up the exterior of the coat, the coloring and striations of the buffalo horn buttons, the reflectiveness of the hardware, and even the feel of the lining.
