Nice people but they have no idea what they're doing. We were quoted a part and we placed the order a few days later, only to be told they couldn't do it at that price any longer, as they had not factored in the inbound shipping in the amount of $700. We had already submitted our quote to our client and received the order based on their proposal.
A reputable company would honour their quote, despite making a mistake. Not so with these guys. Beware.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Right from the start it was a run around with very little communication.

I had to call them each an every time to get any information usually waiting 2 to 3 weeks for their communication after being told I would be contacted within a day.

i was told the unit was repairable and pre-paid a hefty fee upfront for the repair and only to be told 6 weeks later that the unit was un-repairable and it would cost me shipping fees to have it sent back. Complete scam.

Once I was told it was unrepairable they tried to sell me a new unit without warranty for almost double what I can get them for locally.

The only people to reach out to me were sales people to try and sell me on more services when they couldn't even complete the initial service.

Complete garbage company. Read the other reviews and know that I'm not the only one with this experience.

Sent in an ecm For repair. They sent us an email that said the ecm was repairable and they sent us an estimate. We had to prepay for the repair and we did. We get an email about a week later telling us they cannot repair the ecm. Why would they estimate the repair then tell us they cant repair it. This tells me they did not even look at the ecm for the estimate they just pulled out a number from thin air. I will never use this company again.

Purchased a Aspen mini pump and was sent a Chinese amazon type pump which costs half the price I paid.
I don't usually leave reviews but buyer beware with these guys!

thought i would give them a try as a hydraulic supplier for our company . Placed an online order , never got confirmation if parts were being shipped or what was happening , Finally after phoning and getting a hold of some one at Radwell they casually tell me parts are not in stock and will not be shipped . If you need parts in a timely fashion DO NOT USE RADWELL !!!!!!!!!

Did not experience the negative things the other folks did. In our case, we sometimes find *very oddly specific parts* that are long lead but sitting there on a shelf at Radwell. All the staff have been very helpful in the past, and their stock numbers were accurate. So, we got what we needed in the specified time. This last go around, shout out to Christina S (and Cheryl M) for how helpful you were to my client. How the vendors we use treat our clients is of paramount importance to us. Let you boss know I said so, ladies! 😉 With the supply chain still in tatters, we have customers who are happy to skip the lead time and get quality NOS products off the shelf from Radwell. Will use again in the future, I'm sure of it.

I placed a order for some additives for customers vehicles and after being delayed shipment 3 times I cancelled the order. Very disappointing. Would recommend you look elsewhere to save a lot of time wasting.
