Supermarché avec un grand choix de produits

I recently moved to Bancroft and have been shopping at Tony & Jill's No Frills. i am a regular customer who spends up to $500. each week at this store. 1 day ago I bought a 2% Kawartha Milk carton and discovered it was bad. I tried to return the bad milk today and made another purchase of over $100 but was told I had to go to counter 7 to do the return. After standing in line there for several minutes I was then told I had to go to counter 6 to do the return. I was then notified that I had to have a receipt to make the return which I didn't have. I was made to feel like a cheat trying to return a carton of bad milk because I didn't have a receipt. Thank the manager for encouraging me to stop shopping there and I will now shop exclusively at Woodland. What a stupid way to treat your customers. I will also register this complaint to upper management and thank them for encouraging me to shop elsewhere over a small but frustrating and embarrassing event.

Staff were kind and polite, store is very clean and well-kept. Lots of deals, discounts and savings to be had. Their garden centre is super cute and organized as well!

Went grocery shopping here last week and I am disappointed by how little CANADIAN (and non-US) options there are in the fresh fruit and vegetable section. Came in for spinach, but it was from US, with no other option, so I skipped that. Had to go with Bok Choy because at least it was from Mexico. Tony & Jill No Frills, please SUPPLY MORE CANADIAN (or NON-US) options. Otherwise, I will continue to boycott your US produce.

No frills, bancroft is the cleanest, most friendly market's I've been in due to the vacationers it's harsh sometimes to find what our locales need, but their money is more than welcome

Grungy feels cheap small selection. Nothing even close to exotic.Maybe they could visit a Fortinos or Sobeys and get some good ideas
