Horrible company to work for. The dispatch sheets give you a start time and then they refuse to pay you from said time. I was told several times my shift started at 0630 but they refused to pay the half hour before 7. Claim the time on the timesheet and they change it. How much money are they screwing their staff over when they refuse 1/2 hour of over time every shift from each person? Every other safety company out there pays OT for that but not safety first.

Plus the issues with a certain employee this year who was constantly causing problems with safety first coworkers and several other workers from different companies. I’m aware of him being kicked off site at least twice by the consultants, and actually getting safety first punted from a job because of his attitude, and safety first still won’t fire him. This company is horrible. Go work for literally any other safety company

Safety First is a great company with ownership that works hard and cares about the team. Everyone has the same goal of working together to provide the best quality work to the customer.

This company is a complete joke. Horrible chaotic management and they are all creepy and weird. Dispatch is also in shambles and ignorant. Don’t be surprised if this company is out of business by the end of the year because they will put everybody’s lives at risk and are losing clients because of this. Please never support this company of fools.
