I am a few provinces away, but my machine was well packed and arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner, given the terrible weather we have been having. Jonathan Cranny has been amazing! I have just bought my Juki 1541-S machine from International Sewing Machine Group. From start to finish my purchasing experience was very professional.
