I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy, the best pharmacy I have been to! I needed a prescription while visiting from out of town, and the pharmacists were so helpful. They arranged a transfer of my prescription seamlessly and were able to modify my medication for my needs. Personal thanks to the staff, and I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Sometimes they have limited stock on the shelves but overall a great local pharmacy that you can trust for prescriptions, advice and vaccines (like a tetanus shot etc)

I am so very happy that I started using our IDA. Prices are so much better than the drugstore I use to go to. The staff is super friendly and very approachable and are willing to help. They are so fast and efficient that it is truly amazing. The Best part though is the service, I leave with a smile every time. A big thank you to all the staff. You have made my transition from my old drug store to you so easy. My only negative is the fact that I did not start getting my meds there sooner.

The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, not pushy or a know it all type, more caring. I went in to get a prescription refill and was told it was recalled, I had no idea. He phoned my doctor to get me on a new prescription, then called my work to let me know it was ready that day.
If you are getting a vaccine, I recommend this pharmacist as he is better at giving needles than any of the nurses I have had,
The staff interactions I have had are also very personable. Great for in a small town.

Truly amazing staff!! Everytime I have went here they were super helpful and always happy. But nothing beats the service I got today! My husband burned him self pretty bad and the clinic was closed. We went in there to get some cream to just help for the night and the Pharmacist was so amazing. She cleaned it, put stuff on it and wrapped it for us. Sent us home with stuff to clean it tomorrow for when hes done work. And she did this all out of the kindness of her heart!! Truly amazing! I cant thank her and the team enough!! Lumby is an amazing community already but that was just more proof that this town is where I want to be!
