This company was great when Gord was running things in house. This is more a review of API (the company that took over the monitoring)

API bought out Ensign and has been horrible to deal with. They will not follow any of the notes on our account and now that we want to cancel they are wanting reasons why we don't want to stay with them. We told them last year we wanted to cancel yet they continue to send us bills with finance charges. Very pushy and hard to leave if you ever change your mind.

We have switched to nightwatch security and couldn't be happier.
