Jacob has been a great sales person and their service department is AMAZING! Kyle went above and beyond to help get us the parts we needed to keep our edgebander going, even answering emails in a Sunday night! (Really!)

Over all good experience. The coordination of getting the machine and Tech here in such a way that disruption to production was minimal started out a little bumpy, but in the end we were able to work with each other and get the job done. Great Experience from A to Z with Taurus Craco. I work at Little Canada and we needed our table saw repaired with a part to replace. Shortly after contacting them with the part number and requesting a quote, with not so much as the name of our business they pulled up our purchase history from well over 8 years ago and updated our information. They ordered the parts, provided a detailed quote, and arranged the repair in a little over a week (that includes the delivery time of part from the manufacturer). Great communication even when they had to postpone our repair visit. Our technician arrived nice and early great attitude, also great at communicating. He got the work done in time and also was happy to provide maintenance tips and suggestions. Hopefully we won't need to call them again any time soon, but we are grateful to know they will be there for our more technical repair needs.

We recently had service on our Bander. From the time of calling in with our issues to the final results of service it was very pleasing.

The person who took our information explained the process and procedures of the service and explained how the digital work order will work as well as what happens if there is a follow up needed. We were then provided a quote which gave us an understanding of what it would cost and what work will be completed, after confirming we were kept informed of when the service will take place and when to expect the arrival of technician. When the technician Luke was done he explained what happened and what was done to completed the service he also provided some additional training to avoid problems.

The very next morning we received a follow up email from the Service Department Lead, providing a copy of work order and informing us that everything was completed with no follow ups needed.

We appreciate Taurus getting our bander back up and running in a quick timely manner.

Thanks to the Taurus Service Team, we called in for service on my edgebander. Kyle took all my information and reviewed our service inquiry with the service team. By end of day we had a quote provided giving us an overview of service and possible concerns about the age of machine with parts availability and lead times. Quote was signed back and service scheduled immediately. The technician showed up bright and early and worked efficiently to get it all done in a timely manner.

The next morning we got a follow up email with parts recommendations and a copy of the work order.
