Just purchased a Sub-Compact tractor from these guys. The salesman (Chris) was very knowledgeable with all the questions I asked, he took the time to describe the products, showed me different models and all the cool features that the units have. The finance Lady (Katrina) was quite efficient and also did a great job at getting all the details finalized and making the sale a painless process. The Manager (Randy) took time from his schedule to prepare the machine’s paperwork in a binder, and explained the instructions etc. which was a nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tbay Kubota, a very professional and courteous organization, nice to see there’s some great customer service folks still out there!

I had an awesome experience here at Kubota. I dropped off a Kubota generator that seemed to keep having the same issues pop up despite getting it serviced elsewhere and they got it up and running like new again. Taylor Covino was very pleasant and great to deal with coordinating the whole process. Wouldn’t ever hesitate to recommend them!

It's a good shop, great display room, always seem to be adding new equipment accessories, always have stock of the consumables that I need, and the people are friendly and easy to deal with. If you like tractors & equipment, you'll enjoy your visit. I deal most often with Morgan, and she's great at looking up my past purchases to make sure the parts I need will fit. If you like Kubota & Husqvarna, they can fix you up.

I waited until warranty work was completed to review.
I am a repeat buyer and find the store to be me "go to" for all my property management needs.
From the start the sales team I found to be highly educated and willing to spend the time to match the right equipment to buyer. The finance team was friendly and even gave me some free swag for a purchase made. Furthermore sending thank you card and discount coupons for services instore.
When it came time to have the machine recovered 300m in the forest. The store sent out a mechanic and had it running in time to get a truck out to haul it into the shop. The repairs were done fast and further work was accommodated without issue or much more wait. All mechanics know their job well and I could personally speak to any of them by calling the store.
After filling out a review for the company to view, the owner Randy personally called me and we chatted further about my overall experience. This showed me that at all levels the employees care as much as the owner. I appreciated the considerations!
I've been a customer 2 years now and trust to keep coming back. Don't be afraid to explain any issue, the company seems to want to hear feedback!
