I had a cracked jug and my driver forgot to credit me 1 jug. He's a great guy and I have no problems with him at all. He's courteous and funny. I called the office, and omgosh, I got a call back within 30 minutes. Customer service at Sasi is almost always really good. They're courteous and friendly.
We have been using Sasi for over 15 years and I recommend them to everyone. My adult children all use Sasi. My brother's family and his extended family all use Sasi. You can't beat the fresh flavour of Sasi Spring Water.

I'm just a little disappointed that Sasi is no longer open Saturday mornings. I have found out that it's the first time that they've shut down Saturdays this winter season 2023/24. We can't always be home waiting all day for the delivery, so it was very convenient to go Saturday mornings instead. Going to a grocery is not an option because they don't take returns on the empty jugs.

We love Sasi water, and they are almost always nice to us. However, whoever answered the phone at 12:24 pm. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, seemed to be in a rush or bad mood. When I stopped him from cutting me off (more than once) and hanging up on me before all arrangements had been made, he got quite curt with me. He really irked me because he was cutting me off over and over.
We use Sasi for cooking and drinking, and I needed to make arrangements for our machine to be serviced, but we have to have water while our machine is gone. We have it serviced approximately every 6 months because of the mineral build-up and dirt.
It was free to clean rentals twice a year before, but they changed their policy. They even said they were changing their policy and not renting anymore, so we were kind of forced to buy one. A couple of years later, they changed their policy again and were renting them again. Is that how they get people to buy their machines every 5 to 6 years? (Just saying)

I always ask whether they are sending a machine while ours is gone, or if not, because if they don't bring a loaner, we need to get the smaller gallon jugs. Through the years, Sasi has sent the 1 gallon jugs, and other times, they just sent a different machine for us to use. I don't recall it ever being consecutively the same, hence my attempts to make proper arrangements because there has been some confusion and we had to go to the store to get the gallon jugs or not have drinking water until our machine comes back.
It has taken over 3 days sometimes, which includes pick up day, cleaning day, and drop off day, even though he said it only takes overnight to get it back to us.....
He might have been busy or having a bad day, but put me on hold if there's a customer in the store and don't take it out on me if you're having a bad day.

We always use Sasi water. The drivers are very polite, friendly and courteous. Love the taste of the water!!!!!

Great product but ice isn’t available at the Red River Shoppers Drug Mart (which is advertised on their website). Maybe it’s seasonal but save yourself a trip and get it at the Shell next to the fire station.

Thunder Bay has a lead service pipe problem, which lead me to buy Jugs of water from a supplier. Sasi water was always available at many stores and their depot. Eventually we decided to replace our lead service line to our house which the average quote was 10,000. I called sasi and they offered a filtration system based on my water after they tested it. The whole house system was roughly 2,000(yearly filter changes) which is a better choice than replacing our service line. This way contaminants from the street/city end will also be filtered as replacing the main line does not garuntee clean water.

TLDR; Good option for lead pipe issue!

Locally owned business with tons of water, if you grew up having fresh well water in the country and don't like the taste of city water this is the place to come get it they offer a wide variety of way to purchase water along with variaing ways to drink and serve water. You can also get ice cream you're camping trips here or for an event. They offer ice delivery service for any size of business.
