Very satisfied with the affordability and overall quality of the adjustable incline bench.
It is level and does not tilt at all. Compared to the other very expensive options, this is completely worth the value.

Update:
The company reached out and finally sent the right bolts. It was a bit of a struggle, but they sent me a refund, fixed the issue and let me keep the calf raise. The raise is great and works nice.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this company?!
I ordered a Calf Raise machine. Took a bit for initial shipping. I open the box… there’s no hardware. They could have done 1 day shipping, but opted for 6 day shipping.
It arrived last night, I go to put the calf raise together today… the hardware kit is not the right one for this machine.
I’ve been trying to reach them all day… at noon their voicemail says they’ve gone for a staff workout and won’t be back for the remainder of the day.
I’ve been polite, albeit frustrated. This is terrible customer service and just a terrible experience overall.
How do you run a business like this?

These guys honestly have great customer service. Long story short, they went above and beyond to help me and to make sure my needs were satisfied. They sent parts rapidly and resolved all other troubles I had. Once put together, my squat rack with pulley was working great, looked good, and was solid. Id highly recommend them solely off the trust I have in them to make sure you're happy even if a problem arises. They are awesome.

I want to say I am super happy with this brand. First of all they are not taking advantage of this pandemic situation and they are honouring us with great products at an amazing price, fast free shipping, and amazing customer care, unlike most of the competition. Loyalty granted.

2nd. To Rachel T.: You received an unsatisfactory barbell, bummer. Can happen. They offer you the usual customer care solutions. You don't like them, salright. But you stroke me as awful where you state that you insulted the workers to their company's owner, and he stood up and defended them. Gold. This is a brand I want to stand behind.

3rd. Only thing I didn't like about my bar, too much oil when taken out of the box. Otherwise, amazing purchase and brand experience.
