I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I brought my 65-inch Sony Bravia TV in for repair, and after paying for a diagnosis, I was told the issue was due to the black lights. I authorized the parts to be ordered, but during the repair, they damaged the screen. Later, they claimed the problem was not with the black lights, but with the screen itself. When I went to pick up the TV, I discovered the damage and refused to take it. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact them, but no one answers the phone. I feel helpless and don’t know what to do now. If I could rate them -10 I would.

Brought my VHS/DVD player to be repaired. As the dvd door wouldn't open back in Aug. /23. Repaired. Received Sept. 15/23. Brought back in Oct 2/23 for the same thing. Apparently, my machine was sent to Niagara falls store. I still haven't heard any info. Today's date: Nov. 23/23, on the problem. No one returns my calls. I keep on leaving messages. I don't understand what the problem is with businesses like this. Very unhappy customer☹️

After reading these reviews, I’m guessing that’s a good thing.

took my tv there with specific instructions with what and what not to do. 2 weeks later I get a call saying he couldn't fix it and he replaced just about everything in it EXCEPT what I had ask them to do.
then he started to school me and berate me like they are the ones who lost out on something. these guys have no clue about tv's.
save your time and money and go elsewhere. you can see for yourself if don't believe me when you walk into this place. it's pretty run down and dirty. tv's on the floor collecting dust.

Took our t.v there, with hopes of fixing it . Was told they could, then couldn't , and it went back and forth like like for a few months! In the end we got to pick up our t.v . NOT FIXED AND IN HORRIBLE SHAPE! Big digs on base, scratches all around edges of T.V and a broken front cover ( That hides the area for the plug ins ) it was also filthy ! I would't put it back in my house if it was fix ....I even asked my husband if he was sure that it was ours . This place has no respect for the items customer bring in ...and no clue how to fix a T.V

I just had a customer bring me a self-amplified subwoofer that they had repaired by Silvertown and it is 100% the most unprofessional work I have seen. The wires were hand twisted together and taped with scotch tape. You do not have to be an expert in electronics to know this is not proper. Highly unprofessional..

If looking to have electronic repairs done right, by someone who actually graduated with an engineering degree, then come see me. Just Google "Brett the Tech" 4300 Drummond Rd , Unit 203A Niagara Falls ( Beside Once apon a child - upstairs professional offices)...No this is not a shameless plug. I was utterly disgusted that these guys had charged a customer for this type of work. The customers speaker was never fixed and thats how it ended up at my shop.

It really saddens me that there are repair shops performing business like this.

On to 4th month left tv for repair they keep saying part on order they don’t answer or return phone calls they probably sold my tv
