I shop at wholesale club daily, it's my go-to spot for both personal and work-related groceries. However, today was deeply disappointing. I spent over $80 on meat for dinner, only to discover once I got home that it was completely rancid. Hoping for a quick resolution, I brought it back, but was met with indifference from the manager, who simply shrugged and said, “Too bad.”

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

i have friends Who have black skin Who Is My best friend Who set In Power Electrical Wheelchair ♿️ 🦼 🦽 Who Not Came on here,
I see some People say when she Came on here to see if I was crazy.
and the first comment I read comes from another Black woman saying she’s also been followed.
They must have new (and racist) security guards because the old guards used to SMILE.
and wave at me.
(I’ve shopped here every week for over a year for work, so I was a familiar face for them,
It’s only been the last few weeks that I’m followed every time I come in here. They need anti-bias training because this just isn’t right.

This is an excellent choice for bulk grocery items! It is a primary supply source for many local restaurants and convenience stores.
They carry a wide array of grocery items, as well as commercial grade kitchen equipment and supplies. There is much to pick from if you are looking for candy/confection, imported snack items, and beverages.
It is also the best place to get supplies for your parties, bbq's, picnics, or events of any size, really! The store is clean, the aisles are wide, the staff are friendly!!!

Try to find good meat bulk for family of 5, they have rib eye for 30% off and it was beautiful looking fresh steak. They pretty much have everything and price is competitive, it was quite when I was there barely seen anyone working maybe because it was almost closed time. Anyway the people are nice and helpful. The must be back place for my monthly shopping.
Appreciate the hard work.

Oh goodness where do I even start... I was in tears trying to find all the products that I had to find for my Instacart order.. big room says dairy you would think the sour cream would be in there nope had to go on a hunt for it. That's just one incident out of many for product finding.. I had to stop 3 workers to ask for things.. okay and than I had over 100 products in my cart, I get to check out and they made me stand BEHIND the belt and put my products on one by one it was so STUPID and took so LONG. I've been a cashier 12 years before going into another field and I've NEVER heard of such a STUPID rule before!! What do you think I'm stealing?! I'm working for Instacart!!! THAN after spending $600!!!! The cashier WALKED AWAY and started chit chatting with manager leaving me to box and put all the items in the cart alone which took about 15 to 20 mins.. god must be nice to be a cashier now a days you don't have to work! I would get in trouble for that back when I was a cashier now customer service doesn't exist. I won't return here for work or personal use anymore and will inform my friends and family to do so too. Awful.

There's a panhandler who makes me shopping experience horrible. This woman follows older people and also comes right up to the window and begs bugs and down right intimidating. After 35mins of watching her do this, the security guard walks out for 5 sec and she's back again!!
