Been here a few times lately, place is good, typical no frills. Giving a 3 star as staff are very robotic, unfriendly, haven't offered me stamps yet on my purchases, and when you need a cart, there is never one to be found inside the store. You will have to leave the store to go to back to the parking lot to grab a cart if you find you need one mid way through your shop.

Very minor issues, but this is where other places shine above Jebs. They collect the carts and at least bring them to by the door, or vestibule, and the staff at other places are a lot more personable. I also don't collect the stamps, but when you spend a few hundred bucks and are supposed to be offered them, you should be. Haven't had a stamp offered on three trips where I spent over $200/trip.

This is an excellent grocery store - clean, well laid out and the staff are friendly and helpful. Produce is always fresh and the prices are very good. This is our go to grocery store.

This is the first store I have encountered after working 10 years in retail where customers ask for a product, and the employee in the produce section admits he is unsure about it, even after showing him a picture.
Next time,please go and ask someone if you’re not sure of anything ,dont just say Im not sure and not even making a eye contact.
Wont come here for shopping again and same the customer had that incident.

I don't believe that all customers are treated equally, regardless of race. I witnessed an incident where service was provided differently.

Scary! Was going to buy some frozen burgers and frozen march Angelo italian sausage for the bbq. When I grabbed the burgers, they were room temperature and thawed! Then, out of curiosity, I checked all the other freezer bunks, nothing was frozen or cold. I told the kid on the floor, he said he would talk to his manager, watched for about 10 minutes, kid came back out... no manager. Will be calling health inspector, what do you think the odds are they destroyed all that thawed, warm food... knowing loblaws.... unlikely.
