The vinyl plank flooring is great and the installer did an amazing job. Good price. Communication would be the reason it’s 4/5 not 5/5. Would recommend WM Dyck still though, overall happy.

I'd give less than 1 star. I was suggested an expensive product by their salesperson, 25 year warranty for commercial purposes. My flooring in my unused office looks disgusting. After 3 inspections over 3 months they claim it's moisture caused seeping into the cracks from above. I have no damage to the MDF baseboards or in my kitchen.
The install and service from William Dyck was terrible, but the quality of Krona Tec may be worse. Pretty great company unless something goes wrong. I just talked to Michelle and she must struggle with math cause she said "it's been 6 yrs since it was installed". Six is less than 25 Michelle and this is residential not commercial. Commercial grade level 5, should out last the house itself.

We ordered our countertops, some custom interior doors, some plumbing fixtures, and all our ceramic tile and flooring materials through WM. Their prices were very competitive and the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. We had a quality issue with some of the tile we received, through no fault of WM's, and their customer service in rectifying the situation with the supplier was fantastic. Sarah was patient and super helpful in the flooring department as I made design decisions, and always communicated quickly regarding our orders.

Fabiola in the flooring department is awesome. Knowledgeable and kept my budget in mind. She gave me many options with a cheerful attitude and fantastic customer service. It is worth driving to Niverville. Will not shop at the big store in Steinbach.

We at YGP looked for help to WM Dyck Cabinetry for ideas on how to create a custom specialty coffee station and we had the best experience! Well done flooring center!

Lawrence was a huge help in selecting the right product for our home. There was zero pressure in the showroom. We went home with multiple samples with no rush to bring them back. Lawrence offered his expertise in a carpet color selection and couldn't be happier. Our luxury vinyl plank looks and feels like hardwood with texture and beveled edges to make it look like individual boards.

Dan in service was great to work with setting up an install around our busy schedule with 2 small children. The installers were super polite and cleaned up as they went keeping the mess to a minimum at all times.

If your looking for flooring, WM Dyck is definitely worth the short drive from Winnipeg!
