A leaf spring snapped clean in teslin on our travel trailer - got it to Jacobs the next morning first thing. They are awesome with in an hour and half. They called us saying it was completed. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

These people are very knowledgeable and professional. I brought in my tent trailer with a bent axle and a broken spring, and they replaced with a heavy-duty axle and a pair of stronger springs, new bearings with a reasonable price. Trailer was in and out in 5 hours. Great job, guys! Demster hwy, here we come!

Traveling with our fifth wheel camper when we encountered a spring issue. Called Jacobs Industries and they were so kind to get us in the next day, even though they had a full schedule booked. Repairs were done meticulously and there were more problems than we first thought. Workmanship, professionalism and speediness in getting the job done was top notch. Would highly recommend contacting this company for repair work. Can't say enough about their exceptional service and going above and beyond our expectations. We were on our way to Alaska and had a cracked and bending frame. I was referred to Jacobs Industries and called them thinking any fix was days or weeks out. They had me bring the trailer in that day and had it fixed and ready to go the same day. That in and of itself was awesome, but the repair they did held up to the worst part of the Alaskan Highway both up and down and got us home in one piece. I can't thank them enough for their compassion, their hard work, and their quality work. Thanks again Jacobs Industries, you guys are awesome!

This place is first class!!
We had a bent axle on our 5th wheel and another RV place told us you might be able to help.
We dropped in Thursday afternoon a they set us up for Friday morning.
They had the axle changed out with a new one and got us back on the road that afternoon.

I can't say enough good things about this business. Paul, Scott and the rest took me in 1st thing this morning and continued to repair EVERYTHING! They are top notch, first rate and kind! They interrupted their day, other jobs and schedule to get me on the road again!
